Buying

Can I buy directly on this website?

Not right now. This site is a catalog you can browse. Each product page has buttons that take you to Whatnot or Palm Street (to that item’s listing when one is up, or to our shop there), and the purchase happens there, under that platform’s checkout and buyer terms.

Where can I buy your products?

Why might a price or option look different on Whatnot or Palm Street?

Each platform shows its own current price, availability, shipping cost and taxes at checkout. What you see at checkout on that platform is what applies to your order.

Can I return something?

All sales are final, except as described below.

Damaged, defective or wrong items. Our products are sold and paid for on Whatnot or Palm Street, so we handle problems through that platform. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what you bought, use the order's help option in the app or message us there as soon as you can, within that platform's reporting deadline. Include clear photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label. We'll make it right with a replacement if we have one and you agree, or a full or partial refund to your original payment method. You only get a partial refund if you accept it. If we can't resolve it together, you can escalate to Whatnot or Palm Street support. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Whatnot's or Palm Street's buyer protection or under applicable law. Live plants are sold only on Whatnot and Palm Street and follow those platforms' plant policies.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States only. We don’t ship internationally.

How much is shipping and when will my order arrive?

Shipping cost is shown at checkout on Whatnot or Palm Street, and tracking is provided through the platform you ordered on. We ship within the time required by the platform you bought on (on Whatnot, that’s within 2 business days). Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you sell plants?

Yes, through our live plant auctions on Whatnot and our listings on Palm Street. This site shows our dry goods: pots, kits, Trop Mix blends and supplies. We ship within the United States, and plant purchases are handled by Whatnot or Palm Street under their terms.

Our products

What is Trop Mix?

Trop Mix is our house soil brand. It comes in three blends: Aroid Trop Mix, Semi-Hydro Trop Mix and Propagation Trop Mix. Each product page lists the sizes available.

How are your self-watering pots made?

Our 6" and 8" self-watering pots are fully 3D-printed in PETG and come as a two-part pot. Our 3" and 4" kits use a polypropylene self-watering system, and only the decorative cover is 3D-printed in-house from PETG.

What is a High-Rise Corm Condo?

Two clear acrylic cubes joined by a collar we design and 3D-print in-house, with a 3D-printed riser inside that keeps corms up off the bottom; made to order, so every one is one of a kind. It’s made for propagating corms; corms are not included.
