Privacy policy

Three B Gardens LLC (“Three B Gardens,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) runs the website at 3bg.shop (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the Site or contact us, how we use it, and what choices you have. We’re a small family business, and we only collect what we need.

Purchases happen on other platforms

You can’t check out on this Site right now. When you click a “Buy on Whatnot” or “Buy on Palm Street” button, you leave the Site, and your purchase, payment and shipping information are collected and handled by that platform under its own privacy policy and terms. We receive the order details we need from that platform (such as your name, shipping address and what you bought) so we can fill your order. We use order details from Whatnot or Palm Street only to fill and support that order. We don’t add platform buyers to our email list unless they sign up on our Site themselves.

Information we collect on this Site

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it) and anything you write when you use our contact form, send us a message through Shopify Messaging on the Site or email us.
  • Information collected automatically: the Site is hosted by Shopify. When you visit, Shopify collects technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, and how you got to the Site, using cookies and similar technologies, to run the Site, keep it secure and provide basic store analytics.

How we use your information

  • To answer your questions and help with orders
  • To send you emails, such as show alerts, only if you’ve signed up (you can unsubscribe anytime)
  • To understand how people use the Site so we can improve it
  • To prevent fraud, keep the Site secure, follow the law and protect our rights

We don’t send marketing text messages unless you separately agree to receive them.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:

  • Shopify, which hosts the Site and processes information as described below (Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy)
  • Whatnot and Palm Street, when you choose to buy there
  • Shipping carriers, to deliver orders
  • Legal authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers or others

Some state laws treat certain advertising-related data use as a “sale,” “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” To opt out of that kind of use by Shopify, visit privacy.shopify.com.

Cookies and tracking

This Site is hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information about visitors when they browse the Site, sign up for emails or contact us, including to provide services to us that use information from your interactions with other Shopify stores and with Shopify (for example, analytics, fraud prevention and advertising). Your information may be shared with Shopify and other service providers, some of which may be located outside your state or country. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

Shopify uses cookies to make the Site work, remember your preferences and provide basic analytics. We do not currently use advertising pixels (such as Meta, TikTok or Google ads tracking) on this Site. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Our Site doesn’t currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Other than Shopify, we don’t allow third parties to track you across other websites through our Site.

Keeping your information

We keep information for as long as we need it to help you, for our records, taxes and accounting, or as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

  • Emails: unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email, or by emailing us.
  • Access, correction and deletion: email hello@threebgardens.com to ask what personal information we have about you, or to correct or delete it. We may need to keep some information to meet legal or tax requirements.
  • State privacy rights: depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state’s laws. Email us and we’ll respond as required by law. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

Security

We rely on Shopify’s secure platform and take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure.
